Marilyn 0 9/290 The above referenced R/W Use Permits were issued on 10/10/79 along with Building Permits to construct four (4) single family residential structures at the above reference) addresses. Construction commenced shortly thereafter on the single family residential structures and, in the interim, the construction permits have expired as work ceased for a period of time in excess of one (1) year. If new construction permits are to be issued to complete the structures by someone else other than the original applicant, what would Public Works' stand be? If new R/W Use Permits are to be required for the new owner/contractor, will there be any additional requirements or conditions than those originally placed by Public Works at the time the first R/W Use Permits were issued? If there are additional requirements or conditions, what will they be? If a memo can be drafted outlining any new requirements or conditions for the R/W Use Permits, copies will be put in each building permit file for the above referenced addresses. This office will then be aware of the additional Public Works concerns and, prior to the issuance of new construction permits, the applicant/contractor can be directed to your office.
