Plarilyn �79/290 <br />The above referenced R/W Use Permits v,e�e issued on 10/10/79 along �vith <br />6uilding Per�its to construct four (4) single family residential structures <br />at the above re;�renced addresses. <br />Construction commenced shortly thereafter on the single family residential <br />structures and, in the interim, the construction permits have expired as <br />work ceased for a period of time in excess of one (1) year. <br />If new construction permits are to be issued to complete the structures <br />by someone else other than the original applicant, what would Public 47urks' <br />stand be? <br />If ne�•+ R/ld Use Permits are to be reauir�d for the ne4r oo-iner/contractor, <br />will there be any additional requirements or conditions than those originally <br />placed by Public 4lorks at the time the first R/W Use Permits were issued7 <br />If there are additional requirements or conditions, what will they be? <br />If a memo can be drafted outlining any new requirements or conditions for <br />the R/W Use Permits, copies will be put in each building permit file for <br />the above referenced addresses. This office aiill then be aware of the <br />additional Public ldorks concerns and, prior to the issuance of neo-� construction <br />permits, the applicant/contractor can be directed to your office. <br />
