I have received no respo�se from the elderly property <br />owner Ester Pope or her family to address the lack of maintenance and repair. Per the tenants, Ester Pope is in a nursing <br />home and her daughter Sherry Smart is the property manager. I am writing a violation citation that will 6e issued in the <br />next few days. Can you please do an inspection of the property and let me know your thoughts as to the corrective <br />action ordec I have been unable to get the tenant Otis Watson, in the little house on the alley to allow an inspection. <br />Wiil permits be required to repair the roof, windows and siding?
