Parrens: <br />We have reviewed the compaction report submitted by Industrial 'Cesting, <br />Inc., and have made an on-site check of the compaction. The specifi- <br />cation did not actually indicate the percent of compaction of the fill <br />material but we did specify using a heavy vibratorycompactor.
