The building permit tracking <br />�umber ;s 28092. We would likc to move into th• building in the next two weeks after final <br />inspecdons are made and an applicaaon for cecuFancy is completed. It is my understanding <br />�ha� the iandscaping musc be finished prior ro isr.�ance of the occupancy permit. We will be <br />overlaying some pavement around the shop and the designated area for the landscaping on <br />13th 5ueet at the entrance to the shop. This precludes us from installing the landscaping in <br />that area undl the curbing can be layed. The Planning Departmcnt called for four six foot <br />trees and other groundcover (367 s.f. tot�il) for the shop area. 'I'he Port plans on surpassing <br />this square footage amount and instal] 525 s.f. on 13th Strcet. <br />Attached is a copy of the lanscape plan on 13th Sueet.
