The building pennit Vacking number is 28092. We would like <br />to move into the building as soon as possible and I will be applying for a occupancy permit <br />on Tuesday, August 4. It is my understanding that the landscaping must be finished prio: ro <br />issuance of the occupancy permit. Our landscaper is on a two week vacadon and upon his <br />remm will begin the lanctcaping xt thc IS�h Strcet enmance ro the South Marina. lJpon <br />completion of this project ne wi1'. move to the shop site in September. All landscaping will <br />be r.omplcte by the end of Ocrober. The Planning Dep.�utment call for four six foot vees and <br />other ground cover (367 s.f. total) for the new shop area. The Port plans on greatly <br />surpassing this rotal and install 900 s.f. neaz the shop building and another 4,950 s.f. on 13th <br />Street near tlre entrance ro thc shop area. Total I;mdscapcd area wili be 5,850 s.f. <br />Attached is a copy of die landscape plan on 13d� Svcct as �vell as near the shop building. <br />We ask thnt you allow a temporary occupancy pemvt ro be issucd until our landscaping is <br />complzted.
