W15HINGTON <br />anzoi <br />irvsrmrio:� c�nnnrwurt <br />Building permit No. 13664 is issued for tlie construction of a wareltouse <br />which is a Grottp F, Type 2 occupancy, as described in TaUle No. <br />5A of the Uniform Building Code, 1970 Edition. In Fire Zone No. 3, <br />where Che Uuilding covered Uy permit No. 13664 is to be erected, Table <br />5A of the Unii'orm Building Code, 1970 Edition, requires a 1-hour <br />fire resistant exterior wall where the Uuilding is to Ue constructed <br />less than 10 feet from tlie property line. Since Che property on whicli <br />the building under permit No. 13664 is to be constructed is under <br />lease, and the property line described by said lease is less than 10 <br />feet from the exterior wall of the proposed structure, it is the position <br />of the City of �verett Building Official that the proposed structure does <br />not comply with TaUle 5A of the Uniform Building Code. However, <br />since you are in control of tlie property adjoining the proposed <br />construction site, and there are no existing or proposed buildings <br />within teu feet of tlie structure under permit No. 13664, the City <br />Building Official under the autliority of Section 106 of the 1970 <br />Edition of the Uniform Building Code has approved the construction <br />of the warehnuse without the required fire resistant exterior wall <br />and has issued permit No. 13664 conditionally. The terms and <br />conditions of �iuilding Permit No. 13664 are as follows: <br />1. Any building or structure erected in the future <br />witl,in 10 feet of the warehouse under building <br />permit No. 136G4 will necessitate tlie estaUlisltinent <br />of a proper fire resistant exterior wall in the <br />warehouse building under permit No. 13664 in <br />accordance with TaUle No. 5A of Uniform Building <br />Code, 1970 Edition. <br />
