PERMiT FEES <br />The Permittce shall pay permit fees assessed by Ecology. Fees for stormwater dischazges <br />covered under this permit shall be established by Chapter 173-224 WAC. Permit fees will <br />continue to be assessed until the permit is terminated in accordance with Special Condition <br />S 10 or revoked in accordance with General Condition G5. <br />S7. SOLID AND LIQUID WASTE DISPOSAL <br />Solid and liquid wastes generated by conswction activity such as demolition debris, <br />construction materials, contaminated materials, and waste materials from maintenance <br />activities, including liquids and solids from cleaning catch basins and other stormwater <br />facilities, shall be handled and disposed of in accordance with: <br />1. Special Condition S3, Compliance with Standards, and <br />2. WAC ]73-216-110, and other applicable regulations. <br />S8. DISCHARGES TO 303(D) OR TMDL WATERBODIES <br />A. Sampline and Numeric Efflucnt Limitations For Dischazees to 30'�(d)-listed Waterbodies <br />1. 1.Pcrmittees that discharge to water bodies listed as impaired by the State of <br />Washington under Section 303(d) of the Clean ff ater Act for turbidiry, fine <br />sediment, high pH, or phosphorus, shall conduct water qualit}' sampling according <br />to the requirements of this section. <br />2. All references and requirements associated with Section 303(d) of the Clean Water <br />Act mcan the most current listing by Ecology of impaired waters that exists on <br />November 16, 2005, or the date when the operator's complete permit application is <br />receivcd by Ecology, whichever is later. <br />B. Discharees to 303(dl Listed Waterbodies (Turbiditv Fine Sediment or Phosahorusl <br />I. Permittees which discharge to waterbodies on the 303(d) list for turbidity, fine <br />sediment, or phosphorus shall conduct turbidity sampling at the following locations <br />to evaluate compliance with the water qualiry standard for nubidity: <br />a. Background turbidity shall be measured in the 303(d)-listed receii�ir�g warer <br />immediately upstream (upgradient) or outside the area of influence of the <br />discharge; and <br />b. Discharge turbidity shall be mcasured at the point of discharge into the 303(d) <br />listed receiving waterbody, inside the area of intluence of the discharge; or <br />
