Page 29 of 46 <br />10. Areas where final stabilization has been accomplished and no fu*cher construction- <br />phase permit requirements apply. <br />510. NOTICE OF TERMINATION <br />A. The site is eligible for termination when either of the following conditions have been met: <br />1. The site has undergone final stabilization, all temporary BMPs have been removed, <br />and all stormwater discharges associated with construction activity have been <br />eliminated; or <br />2. All portions of the site which have not undergone final stabilization per S 10.A.1 have <br />been sold and/or transferred (per Condition G9), and the Permittee no longer has <br />operational control of the construction activity. <br />B. When the site is eligible for termination, the Pemtittee shall submit a complete and <br />accurate Notice ojTermrnation (NOT) form, signed in accordance with General <br />Condition G2, to: <br />Departrnent of Ecology <br />Water Qualiry Program - Construction Stormwater <br />PO Box 47696 <br />Olympia, Washington 98504-7696 <br />C. The termination is effective on the date the NOT fortn was :eceived by Ecology, unless <br />the Permittce is notificd by Ecology within 30 days that termination request is denied <br />because the cligibility requirements in Condition S10.A have not been met. <br />
