A written, signed agreement (Transfer of Coverage Form) between the cuaent discharger <br />(Permittee) and new discharger containing a specific date for transfer of permit <br />responsibility, coverage, and liabilir• is submitted to the Director; and <br />B. The Director does not notify the current discharger and new discharger of the Director's <br />intent to revokc coverage under the general permit. If this notice is not given, the transFer <br />is effective un the date specified in the written agreement. <br />When a current discharger (Permittee) transfers a�ortion of a permitted site, the current <br />discharger shall also submit an updated application form (NOI) to the Director indicating the <br />remaining permitted acreage after the transfer. When a current discharger (Permittee) <br />transfers all nortions ot' a permitted site to one or more new dischargers, the cunent <br />discharger shall also submit a notice of termination (NOT) form to the Director. <br />G10. REMOVED SUBSTANCES <br />Collected screenings, grit, solids, sludges, filter backwash, or other pollutants removed in the <br />course of treatment or control of stormwater shall not be resuspended or reintroduced to the <br />final effluent stream for discharge to state waters. <br />GI1. DUTY TO PROVIDE INFORbIATION <br />The Pcrmittce shall submit to Ecology, within a reasonable time, all information which <br />Ecology may requcst to determine whether cause exists for modifying, revoking and <br />reissuing, or tcrminating this permit or to determine compliance with this permit. 7'he <br />Permittee shall also submit to Ecology upon request, copies of records required to be kept by <br />this permit [40 CFR 122.41(h)]. <br />G12.OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF 40 CFR <br />All other rcquircments of 40 CFR 122.41 and ! 22.42 are incorporated in this pertnit by <br />reference. <br />G13.ADDITIONAL �tONITORING <br />Ecology may establish specific monitoring requirements in addition ro those contained in this <br />permit by administrative order or permit modification. <br />G14.PENALTIES FOR VIOLATING PERhtIT CONDITIONS <br />Any person who is found guilty of willfully violating the terms and conditions of this permit <br />shall be decmed guilry of a crime, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of <br />up to ten thousand dollars (S 10,000) and costs of prosecution, or by imprisonment in the <br />discretion of the court. Each day upon which a willful violation occurs may be deemed a <br />separate and additional violation. <br />Any person who violates the terms and conditions of a waste discharge permit shall incur, in <br />addition to any other penalty as provided by lati�, a civil penalty in the amount of up to ten <br />
