Otherwise, if gaps are insufficient for safe operation the inlersections may lose their left turns out ir, the future. 2) There needs to be a 35 MPH speed limit sign northbound along West Marine Virw Drive at the north end of the Marina district (north of 12th Street) to advise tra�c leaving the Marina area of the proper speed limit around West Marine View Drive towards Broadway and East Marine View Drive. 3) There appears to be no need (or a crosswalk on the north leg of West Marine View Drive at 13th Street. With no pedestrian facilities or development along the east side of W MVD this crosswalk should not be installed (although the stop bars, elc should be placed to allow for a crosswalk in the future is desired). 4) The crosswalks along the west side of WMVD at 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th Streets (located in City RO1N) should match the City of Everett standard for crosswalk design (Piano Keys) to heip differentiale between the public and prrvate road networks in the area. 5) The numbers used to call out sign locations on C5.01, C5.02, and C5.03 are not consistent and should be revised to avoid any confusion. For example, C5.03 indicates ihat it is the sign table and identifies "18" as a Stop Sign. C5.02 also refers to "18" as a Stop Sign, but C5.01 uses "18" lo locate a West Marine View Drive street name sign.
