As such, any final BSP approval
can not take place until lhe vacaion is finalized. Another option we could discuss i( time becomes an issue is the BSP
going forward subjecl to the vacation.
Thank you.
Jim
From: Allan Gi((en
Sent: Thursday, ]une O8, 2006 4:48 PM
70: Jim lles
Subject: North Marina Binding Site Plan
We are working on the BSP for north marina, and it hinges somewhat on the street vacations. Soojin is advising John
Jimerson on the legal side, and appears to be comfortable withoul having legally described easements for public access,
just a reference to public access as required by the development agreement. They will soon submit for buiiding permits in
areas thal are now public r-o-w. I presume lhat we can give preliminary BSP approval, but will not want to give final BSP
approval, and therefore, issue building permits in areas that are currently r-o-w, until lhe street vacations are finalized. Is
this correct, and if so, is there a lime frame yet on the vacation schedule?
Thanks
