Perform stormwater runoff test prior to beginning Work to establish "baseline <br />water quality" level. <br />B. Install erosion control measures in work areas before any clearing, grubbing, <br />demolition, generai site grading, or other construction in the area. Consisting of a continuous sheet of material extending from water surface <br />to the bottom of water body.
