This allows for installation of a deadman and ticback system for the <br />proposed bulkhead. The current construction drawings provide for replacing the asphalt <br />pavement demolished and replacing the storn� drainage system as it currently exists. <br />The existing storm drainage system includes oil/water separators as water quality <br />treatment. These separators were installcd in the mid-1990s and comply with the <br />regulations of that time. <br />The Port plans to rcconstruct the entire 14'h Strcet parking lot as part of the Norih <br />Marina Redevelopment project (NMR). Water quality trcatment facilities complying <br />with the current City's requirei�ents will be installed at that time. Attached is a copy of <br />the concept design for thc stormwater collection and treatment that was prepared as purt <br />of thc NMR muster plan. <br />Reid Middleton is currendy under contract to design the new 14'h Strect parking lot and <br />design is undenvay. This project is currendy funded by the Port, and construction is <br />planned to begin in Iune 2006 (project schedule attached). <br />Thank you for your considerntion.
