The Health Dishict operatlng permit application process must be completed prior to opening <br />for business. <br />If there are any significent changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the Snohomiah <br />Health District must be noMied. <br />A preope►allonal inspection is required prior to opening for buafness. At the tlme of inspecHon fhe <br />constructfon of the fwd senrice establishment muat be comp�ete and alt equipment must be in <br />place.
