The infonnadon <br />submitrod shall consist of drawings, specifx�tions, descripdve data, ceitificaces, <br />samples, tesc resulc4, and other infamadon specified herein. <br />CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITl6S <br />A. The Contractor shall be nsponsible for the accuracy and compleoeness of the <br />inforrtiaa�on contained in each submittal and shall assure that the materiai, e9�P��. <br />or method of work shall be as described in the submipal. <br />B. 'Ihe Contractor shall verify that the material and equipment de,4cribed in each submival <br />conform to the requirements of the specificadons end contract drawings. If the <br />infoana6on shows deviadons from the specificadons or contract drawings, the <br />Contractor shall, by written statement accompanying the informadon, identify the <br />deviafions and state the reason therefor. <br />C. <br />Q <br />The Contractor shall ensure that there is no conflict with other submittals and notiiy the <br />Engineer in each case where his submittal may affxt the work of otFkrs. <br />The Contractor shall be responsible for the coordinadon of submittals by the <br />subcontractors. <br />E. Submittals shall be made in a dmely manner to allow review by the Enginax. Work <br />performed by the Conaactor without aocepted submittals related to such work shall be <br />wnsidered as having ba;n performed by the Contractor at his own risk. ff relaoed <br />submittals are found not acceptable, the Contractor shall remove or coaect worl� <br />related to such unacceptable submittals, to the sadsfaction of the Engineer. <br />F. <br />G. <br />1.3 <br />A. <br />Whero applicable, submivals shall bc stamped by an appropriate enginas registered in <br />the State of Washington. <br />The Contractor shall determine submittals to be revieH�ed by oihers including the City <br />of Everett and udlity owners and allow adequate time fur their review and concwrence. <br />TRANS�IITTAL PROCEDURE <br />General: <br />1. Submitta's regazding material and equipment shall be accompanied by <br />transmittai form supplied by the Engincer. A sepazate form shall be used for <br />each item, class of material, piece of equipmont specified in separate secaons <br />01300-1 <br />
