J. Ebert/Port of Everett to reme <br />the above mentioned shoreline permit which was issued for the construction <br />of the following improvements: <br />i. Improvements to West Marine View Drive. <br />2. A new pier south of Olympia Dish Company. <br />1. A transient moorage float along. the eastern edge of the marina. <br />4. The existing south marina walkway and railing will be extended to <br />complete the >c»ttlr and southeast edge of the manna. <br />5, A multi-use/market shelter will he sited near the proposed pier. <br />6. Harbor Mountain Developu))leut, a pprivate company, will construct a <br />commercial/office spacelnear I ie We% rhaejser building. <br />use <br />7. The development mill include approximately 250 parking spaces. <br />Tire applicant has raiucsted that a revision be approved which will allow a <br />9.7 percent increase in building coveragge, and reduction of ovemater <br />construction by 35 percent.
