There are a number of items that are still delinquent <br />with regards to this project that need to be addressed, they are as follows: <br />1. An easement for the city water main reroute. Only the legal description has <br />been provided so far. <br />2. Written comments from the Port regarding the Lift Station #8 pre -design report <br />including an indication as to whether the Port wishes to proceed with <br />construction of Lift Station #8 improvements. <br />3. A traffic mitigation fee per the City's Traffic Mitigation Ordinance is required <br />for this project.
