Ebert, Harbor Mountain Development <br />Craig Thompson, Dykeman Architects <br />Per our telephone call on 31 July 1995, regarding my Memo dated 27 July, we are proceeding with <br />the following design assumptions per your verbal approval. These approvals and exceptions are <br />noted on our revised cover sheet. We will be submitting the revisiors to the approved permit <br />drawings next week. If you have any questions, please call me. <br />EXTERIOR STAIRWAY PROTECTION <br />The retail spaces on the first floor beneath the exit balcony do not need protected openings. <br />EXIT BALCONY PROTECTION <br />Protected doors and openings at the exit balcony will not be required. <br />ELEVATOR LOBBY <br />Elevator is not in the building. A lobby is not required and the opening does not need to be <br />protected. <br />SMOKE REMOVAL <br />Smoke removal at the proposed exit balcony is not required due to the open sides. <br />WHEELCHAIR EVACUATION <br />Areas of refuge are not required because the building is fully sprinklered.
