Mueller or M & H hydrants must be used,, with National Standard threads <br />on all ports. <br />2. Hydrant detail on plans is wrong. Use the attached standard. <br />3. Specifically call out City of Everett specifications for water main. <br />4. A separate drawing for public water system showing easements is <br />required. <br />5. Call out no connection to existing main without backf low prevention <br />device prior to receipt of satisfactory bacteriological test results. <br />6. As -built drawings are required within ten working days of the completion <br />of the work. <br />Please submit these revised plans as soon as possible.
