THERE WERE NO PLUMBING PERN11TS ISSUED FOR THIS WORK <br />BEING DONE. TAYLOR AGREED TO OBTAIN A PLUMBING PERMIT FOR THIS WORK AND 2 <br />ADDITIONAL BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES THAT ARE BEING REPLACE AS A PART OF THIS <br />PROJECT. <br />I HAVE ALSO TALKED TO PORT OF EVERETT PROJECT MANAGER GREG DAUSY 425.754-1138 <br />TO EXPLAIN THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WENT ON. HE ALSO MET ON SITE. I TALKED TO THE <br />INTERWEST CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN CHRIS JOHNSON 360.333.2397. 1 EXPLAIN THE <br />PROBLEMS THAT AROSE FROM SHUTTING OFF THE WRONG VALVE TO ALL PARTIES. THESE <br />PROBLEMS INCLUDED OF COURSE NO WATER AVAILABLE B-CAUSE OF THIS INCORRECT SHUT <br />DOWN AND DIRTY WATER AND AIR IN THE CUSTOMERS PLUMBING FIXTURES AND SYSTEM UPON <br />RESTORING WATER TO THE SYSTEM. I HAD A FLUSHING CREW MEMBER FLUSH OUT A <br />DOWNSTREAM HYDRANT UNTIL WATER WAS CLEAR AND NO AIR IN THE LINES. TAYLOR AND <br />COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MADE CONTACT WITH ALL CUSTOMERS AND INSTRUCTED <br />Recommended Action <br />Approved By DMJ DOUCETTE.
