If you wish to pnvent the permit from expiring without documentation <br />of �:ompletion, you may: <br />or <br />or <br />1) Request an inspection of work that hu occuned, to document continuing progress, <br />2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />3) Submit a written requesc for a 180 day extension. <br />Pleaze rapond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for micro�lming without final approval.
