The three compar[ment sink should have two in[egral dratn- <br />boards. It and the two compr.rCment sink next to [he ice <br />cream case must be drained i,�dirercly to a floor si_nk. <br />4. The kitchen �rd restroom handsinks must be equipped with <br />soap and paper towels. <br />5. All refrigeratton units must have accurate, easily read <br />thermometers. <br />6. Restroom must have: <br />a. a self-closing, tight-fitCing door; <br />b. mechanical ventilation to the ovtside; <br />c. a covered waste receptacle. <br />7. It is understood lhat no tood preparation will be u'one in this <br />esCablishment.
