Everett t4arina Village. <br />We propose to design, furnish and install a lieating and air co�d- <br />itioning system of approximately 23 tons of coeling capacity and <br />420MDH natural gas heating. <br />The system design is based on the State of Washington Energy Code <br />requirements for Everett, providing temperatures as ''ollows. <br />winter - 70°F inside 21°F uutside <br />sunn�er - 78°F inside 85°F outside <br />with Yrx buildina construction to comply with the energy code and <br />an occupancy of 250 people. <br />The areas to be conditioned is banquet ruoin, dining areas 1,2,3 & 4, <br />bar and lounge, waitin9 and seafood display areas, mens and wun�:ns <br />restrooms and entry. Also, by a seperate unit, the office area <br />and employees lounge areas. <br />To off-set cold uall effect from the windows and wall area, where <br />people are setting next to the wall, baseboard heating is to be <br />provided by others, not 4 6 4 Heatin9 of approx. 150 watts per <br />linial feet of exposed wall.
