The message that the tenant improvement permit for Dr. Finks lease was referred by the City Planning Dept back to the Port comes as some surprise to me. In an effort to move the lease along, I did some quick research: The ground [case between the Marina Partners (owners of the improvements of the Marina Village) and the Port of Everett only requires fort approval for leasing of space over 5,000 sq ft. as suite is under the 5,000 sq ft level. Further, we have had convenience stores, restaurants and office uses in th s space and never had to go to the Port for those leases. Perhaps you can explain that to the permit desk at the City of Everett so they move the lease for Dr. Fink along.
