The message that the tenant improvement <br />permit for Dr. Finks lease was referred by the City Planning Dept back to the Port comes as some surprise to me. In <br />an effort to move the lease along, I did some quick research: <br />The ground [case between the Marina Partners (owners of the improvements of the Marina Village) and the Port of <br />Everett only requires fort approval for leasing of space over 5,000 sq ft. as suite is under the 5,000 sq ft level. <br />Further, we have had convenience stores, restaurants and office uses in th s space and never had to go to the Port for <br />those leases.
