6 <br />Y <br />(g) No substantial adverse ►rivironmental impact will <br />be caused by the project revision. 11 . „, <br />(3) If the sum of the revision and any previously ap- <br />proved revisions under WAC 173-14-064 violate the <br />provisions in WAC 173-14-064(2) above, local govern- <br />ment shall require that the applicant apply for a new <br />permit in the manner provided for herein. <br />(4) Within eight days of the date of final local gov- <br />ernment action, the revision including the revised site <br />plan, text and the foul ruling on consistency with this <br />section shall be filed with the department and the attor- <br />ney general. In addition, local government shall notify <br />parties of record of their action. . <br />(5) If the revision to the original permit involves a <br />conditional use or variance which was conditioned by the <br />department, local government shall submit the revision <br />to the department for the department's approval, ap- <br />proval with conditions, or denial. The revision shall indi- <br />cate that it is being submitted under the requirements of <br />this subsection. The department shall render and trans- <br />mit to local government and the applicant its final deci- <br />sion within fifteen days of the date of the department's <br />receipt of the submittal from local government. Local <br />government shall notify parties of record of the depart- <br />ment's final decision. <br />(6) The revised permit is effective immediately upon <br />final action by local government or, when appropriate <br />under WAC 173-144)64(5), by the department. <br />(7) Appals shall be in accordance with RCW 90.58- <br />.18n and,shall be filed within thirty days from the date <br />of receipt of the local government's action by the de- <br />partment or, when appropriate under WAC 173-14- <br />064(5), the date the department's final decision is trans- <br />mitted to local government and the applicant.
