I have <br />enclosed a copy of the last inspection, listing reqested corrections. Please advise us as to <br />whether work is completed or continuing. if work will be continuing, please submit a <br />written request for extension. The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire <br />by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of <br />180 days at any time after work is commenced. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without final approval.
