Detailed drawings shall be submitted to the Pubtic Works Department <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drain- <br />_:,• �-n�i all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Puulic <br />. oartment approva! of these drawings is requirzd before any <br />;� -�� i;e issued. All improvements shall be completed before the <br />Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be <br />required to be submitted per ':he following schedule: <br />Water as-builts must be in the form of the original stamped <br />mylar and shall be submitted with easements as required within <br />30 days of connection (failure to submit water as-builts as noted <br />will ; esult in a"Sto�Work Order" being issued on project). <br />Storm and sanitary sewer systems can be submitted as prints and <br />must be submitted prior to final approval of the short sub- <br />division. <br />A one-year Warrantee Bond as required on the pubiic utilities shall be <br />for an amount not less than 10% of the cost of construction and shall <br />run for one year from the date of issuance of the first Occupancy <br />Permit for the project. <br />2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all <br />times during construction. Dust supression and street cleaning must <br />occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />3. During construction, all truck traffic to and :rom the site within the <br />City of E+erett shall be on arterial streets wiless otherwise approved <br />by the Public Works Department. <br />4. Pacticipation in the cost to fund the waterfro;.: interceptor is <br />required. The approximate cost based on the preliminary information <br />provided is $.0162, per sq. ft. of warehouse and $.162 per sq. ft. of <br />office. The actual cost shall be computed by the Building Department <br />per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the <br />ig�{S��tion provided on the approved plans on the date of permit <br />5. A preconstruction conference between applicant, Planning Department <br />and Public Works Department may be requiced prior to approval of <br />Public Works Permit. <br />
