I <br />Th;t detailed drawings shall be subm'stt�d to the Public Works Department showing ' <br />paricing layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, and all required <br />improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approv,31 of �; <br />these drawinbs is required before any permits are issued. All improvements shall ; <br />F.. completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. i <br />As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems w ll be required to be i <br />submitted per the following schedule: <br />Water as-builts mc.�c b� in the form of the original stamped mylar and shall <br />be submitted with ease�•�ents as required within 30 day; of connection (failure ' <br />to submit water as-builts as noted will result in a"5'�p-Work Order" being <br />issued on project). ' <br />Storm and sanitary sewer systems can be submitted as prints and must be <br />submitted prior to issuance of occupancy permits. <br />A one-year Warrantee Bond as required on the public utilities shall be for en <br />amount not less than 10°6 of the cost of construction and shall run for one <br />year from the date uf issuance of the first Occupancy Permit for the project. <br />Dust suppression and street cleaning shall be provided by Parsons in the immediate <br />vicinity of their project as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />'fhat during construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of <br />Everet� shall be on arteriai streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works <br />Department. <br />That participation in the cost to fund the waterfront inrerceptor is reyuired. The <br />approximate cost based un the preliminary information provided is $.O1G2, per sq. <br />ft. of warehouse and $.162 per sq. ft. oi office. The actual cost shal! �e computed <br />by the Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according <br />to the information provided on the apprcved plans on the date of permit issuance. <br />
