That de[ailed drawings shall be submitted to the Public R'orks Department showing <br />parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm dreinage, and all required <br />improvements to Ihe public righi-o[-way. Public Works Department approval of <br />these drawings is required betare any permits are issucd. rill iinFrrovements shall <br />be completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />As-huilts ot storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be <br />submitted per the following schedule: <br />Water as-builts must be in the (orm o( the original stamped mylar and shall <br />6e suhmitted with easements as required within 30 days of ccnnection ([ailuce <br />to submit water as-builts as noted will result in a"Stop-Work Ordcr" being <br />issucd on proje[t). <br />Storm and sanitary scwer systems can 6e submitted as prints and must be <br />submitted prior to issuance of occupancy permits. <br />;1 one-year Warrantce Bond as required on the publiC u[ilities shall bc for an <br />�mount not less than 10% ot the cosc of construction and shall run tor one <br />year from the date of issuance nf the first Occupancy Permit tor the project. <br />10. Dust suppression and street deaning shall be provided bv Parsons in the immediate <br />viciniry o[ their prolect as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />V. That aneicipated treffic impacts will be addressed and subsequent needed contral <br />improvements will be resolved by Parsons and/or the � ort ot Everett to the <br />saiistaction of the CiTy Traffic Engineer. <br />13.
