At your requeet iC could be quarterly or <br />other comenient period. <br />2) Thc construation work rtuet be perforc�ed by maintenance work- <br />mer employed by the firm aecuring thu pcsrmit. Contract work <br />will require a permit to be aec�red by the contructor. <br />3) The b2anket permit will be 1lmited eo one premi�ec. <br />4) All wurk perfurmad ahall be nubject to the inepection divi- <br />sion's incpection.
