As of this date ii is atill existing and must be <br />corrected. <br />Other findings are tyrex cord feeding an o�iside fluodlight over m3in <br />door. This ie a violation io �ac 400-•1(2) of the N.E,C. <br />Tyrex cord feeding lights over contact veneer edge gluer has splices <br />and iapa. Violation of Section 470-5 N.E.C. <br />In moet cases lights do not comply with Section 410-14. Fixtures must <br />be fed from � box directly oier light fixiure. Cords cannet extend or <br />run in lenqths es they do now. Cords cannot be uaed to su,ply fixtures <br />in lieu of perrt�nent wiring. Violation of Seciion 41�J-23�c) N.E.C. <br />Li ghting fixturea hanging over machines do not comply with Section <br />410-92 N.[.C. on being grounded. <br />All boxes musi be covered. �ection 410-12 N.C.C. "J" boxes are left <br />opon and open splices tapped with DX, BX is not permitted ir, the City <br />of Everett.
