The U.B.C., Section <br />3305(9) stales: <br />"Walls oP corridors serving other occupancies having an occupant load of <br />30 or more shall be of not less tlian one-hour fire resistive construction <br />and the ceilings shall be not less than Lhat required for a one-hour fire <br />resistive floor or raof syste�n. <br />When the ceiling of the entire story is an element of a one-ha�r rire <br />resistive floor or roof sys—Lem, the corridor walls may terminate at the <br />ceiling....." <br />As presently designed, this criteria is not met. Please submlt revised <br />details for the affected rooms at your earliest convenience since this has an <br />immediate impact on the H.V.A.C, layout.
