These charges will be <br />increased by approximately 50% effective July 13, 1994. 7'he charges will again be <br />increased by 50% effective January 13, 1995. To avoid tiie higher utility conneccion <br />charges a complete building pertnit application (including appropriate civil construction <br />plans stamped by a licensed engineer) must be filed with the city's Public Works <br />Department prior to the effective date of the increase.
