This <br />ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in <br />an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and ariractive. The ordinance becomes <br />effective September 1, 2009. A full copy of the ordinance is enclosed with this letter. An <br />additional letter will be sent in September regarding compliance with this ordinance and <br />how we can best support you in that effort. <br />The addressing, status of tenancy, and owners refer�nced on this letter were compiled <br />from online resources, and may not be up to date.
