Thi» is <br />e violation of the City Ordinance :`411t3 Section 6-14� Section <br />23 and c+lso Section 400-4(4) and Section 400-5 of the National <br />Electric Code. <br />The new service conneciion will not be cleared to the PUD for <br />connection rniil all wiring violations have b^en correcied. <br />Yours truly <br />L.
