The fuse in Lhe fuse box located on the third iloor north- <br />east side of building shall be propor.ly zeplaced with a <br />fusest-at with the proper amperage for the wire it serves. <br />10, The substandard electrical extension cord in the manager's <br />office must be removed. <br />11. Pioperly install a fire door with a une-hour £ire resistive <br />rating and insta7.l closing device to said door so door wi].7. <br />close completely for pmtection between tlie workshop area and <br />the managcr's office on the fir.st- floor level. <br />12. Remove in excess of one Gallon flammable liquids of any nature <br />from thi.s public assembly building on first floor shop area. <br />13. The furnace room located on the first floor shall be repaired <br />as follows: <br />a) The furnace room door shall be provided with anti-rebound <br />hardware or positive latching device and kept in the closed <br />positi�n at all times. <br />b) Proper ventilation for the complete combustion of the <br />furnace shall be provided. This access shall also be <br />provided with the proper fus:ible links and closers which <br />will seal off in the case of fire. <br />c) A one-hour fire reeistive material sha]1 bc extended <br />inside the furnace room as to seal up the windows on <br />the east side. As of to date, if a fire were to occur <br />in said room it would easily break through the window <br />and involve the fire escape immediately above it. <br />d) The plaster board now installed in thE: furnace room shall <br />have the seam properly taped. <br />14. The substandard electrical extension cord in the wozkshop ar.ea <br />must be removed. <br />15. Install and maintain an approved fire extinguisher(s) which <br />carry a minimum of a 2-A, 10-BC, U.L. rating ior protection <br />of the first floor workshop. <br />16. Properly extend the exhaust vent from the combustidn chamber <br />to the outside on space heater located in the north-east <br />corner of the workshop, first floor. <br />17. Discontinue the dangerous practice of storing tfie acetylene <br />cutting and �velding torch in the workshop of said apartmei.t <br />house. <br />
