WISIIINGTON <br />D0301 <br />INSPCCTION OCPARTMENT <br />An inspection was made on February 20, 1974 by Walt <br />Cooper, Fire htarshal and John Farrens, Inspection <br />Supervi.sor, of the reference building. <br />The building is a frame structure, Type V-N in Pire <br />Zone No. i.. The requested change to a Detoxification <br />Center would be a change from an Occupancy Group FI <br />to D-2. Our code requires that any change in <br />occupancy to a greater hazardous occupancy requires <br />the entire Uuilding to comply with the requirements <br />of a D-2 occupancy building. <br />° Our Code prohibits all changes except minor changes <br />of a Type V buildinq in Pire Zone No. 1.
