In the present interior <br />configuration there is considerabie unutilized space and neither tha construction or <br />the configuration satisfy current standards. I would like to brine the building into full <br />compliance with the building code and achieve maximum utilizo;ion of the space at a <br />cost commen�urate with a low income rent structure. In order ro achieve this within <br />reasonable economic parameters it is imperative to develop thr. maximum number of <br />living units possible. <br />POI1:T 2.
