Mr. Rucker made the statement that his neighbor�s garage is <br />two (2) or ihree (3) feet from the property line rather than <br />to the property line. <br />No objection was voiced by the audience. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering <br />all the facts, i'_ ti�as moved by tdr. Black, seconded by Mr. Russell, <br />and unanimously carrie� to grant the applicant's request for the <br />following reasons: . <br />1.
