Marine View Drive EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br />BP 21539 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Robinette: <br />This issue of the grade along the north property line of this project (letter <br />December 21 enclosed) remains unresolved. Mr. Brandvold has attempted to meet <br />with me but we were not successful. <br />The plans submitted do not indicate any differences in elevation between this <br />property and the property to the north, nor do they show any means of <br />retaining the soil of this lot. The Everett Municipal Code allows for created <br />slopes to be a maximum of two horizontal to one vertical without some means of <br />retaining the soil. <br />Please submit a detail indicating the proposed configuration of the final <br />grading and/or means of retaining the soil on your property without impacting <br />the abutting property. <br />This issue must be resolved prior to continuation of construction in order to <br />minimize further conflict with the property to the north. <br />If you have any question, please call me at 259-8810. <br />Sincerely, <br />ALFREC R.
