This <br />ordina;ice establishes m�nimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in <br />an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. The ordinance �ecomes <br />effec'�ive September 1, '2009. A full copy of the ordinance is enclosed with this letter.
