The inte:nt of the ordinance is to help protect the downtown streetscape and encourage econon�ic development ir� one of the City's important retail and business centers. This ordina;ice establishes m�nimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive.
