The R-30 Cathedral
6att at 8Y' was designed to meet
this thermal performance require•
ment while allowing an air space
at the root deck for ventilation.
This ventilation space eliminates
the need for adtlitional roof line
baffles. The Cathedral Ceiling 8att
is available in 48" batt lengths for
fast efficient installation.
Product Oescription
CertainTeed Cathedral Ceiling eatts
are tlesigned tor easy installation in
vaulted ceilinys. In most
areas, vapor retarders must he
applied to ihe warm-in-winter side
of the ceiliny to avoid moisture
condensation. Cathedral ceilings
can be prone ta moisture prob-
lems.
