CITY OF EVERETT <br />SUPPLF�IENTAL NOTICE AND ORDER OF TFE CITY OF EVERETT BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />: 0'Malley Brothers, Inc. <br />20923 44th Place West <br />Lynnwood, WA 98036 <br />: 3013 West Marine View Drive <br />Everett, Washingtun <br />�al description of the following described property which is situated in the <br />�nty of Snohomish: <br />The South half of Lot ; and all of Lot B, Block 721, Plat of Everett <br />Division "H", as per the plat recorded in Volume 4 oP Plals, page 50, <br />records of Snohomish County, Washington. <br />Situate in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State oi Washington. <br />On June 19, 1986, the City of Everett Buildi�g Official signed a <br />Notice �f Unsafe Building which required the repair or demolition <br />and removal of the building on the above described property. The <br />required work was to br. completed within ninety (90) days from the <br />receipt of the Notice. The Notice was received by you. You were <br />afforded an opportunity to have a hearing regarding the above <br />described property wi.thin 30 days of your receipt of the Notice. <br />On September 3, ].986, the City of Everett Bui:.ding Offici�l was <br />informed of the untimely injury accident of Mr. Mike 0'Malley, <br />travelling in Ireland. Since Mr. Mike 0'Malley is tlie principal <br />negotiator in this matter, the City of Everett Building Official <br />awaited his return to the States to continue abatement <br />proceedings. Or October 14th, 1986, the City of Everett Building <br />Official was informed of Mr. 0'Malley's return from Ireland. You <br />have failed to comply with the Notice signed on June 19th, 1986. <br />In its present condition the structure on the above described <br />property is a hazard to the safety and welfare of the general <br />public. It is imperative that the structure be r�paired in <br />accordance with present day codes or demolished and removed. <br />The City of Everett Building Official has found the building which <br />is located on the above described property to be substandard. The <br />following deficiencies render the building substandard pursuant to <br />Section 202 of the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. The vital systems, heating, plumbing, and electrical have been <br />destroyed. <br />2. The structure is being vandalized. <br />3. Doors and windows are broken. <br />4. There is wood rot throughout the structure. <br />5. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the <br />structure. <br />6. The Structure is an attractive nuisance to minor children. <br />
