The listed requirements are <br />placed in responsa to our review of this ini:..�ation: <br />Nitigation of Adverse Impacts by SEPA: <br />7. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided (SEPA <br />Aesthetics Policy). <br />2. Either a 6-foot high sight-obscuring fence or a landscape strlp a minimum of <br />5 feet wide with sufficient plantings a minimum of 6-feet high to <br />effectively create a sight-obscuring barrier must ba provided along the <br />north and south properLy lines between the alley and the building to screen <br />the light and glare from the parking area (SEPA Light and Clare and <br />Aesthetics Policy). <br />Mitigation Raquired by Existing Codes and Ordinances: <br />1. Special eharges for connection to the seWer system in accordance With <br />Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. ThU approximate cost based on the <br />preliminary information provided is $514/unit. The actual cost shall be <br />computed by the Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the time <br />and according to the information provided on the approved plans on the date <br />of permit issuance (SEPA Utilities Policy). <br />2. The alley behind the proposed apartments must be paved per City of Everett <br />Standards in complianee with Ordinance 555. The paving shall be at least <br />14� wide and must connecL with existing paving (SEPA <br />Transportation/Circulation Policies). <br />
