This <br />ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBU in <br />an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. The ordinance becomes <br />effective September 1, 2009. A full copy of the ordinance is enclosed with this letter. An <br />additional letter wiil be sent in September regarding compliance with this ordinance and <br />how we can best suppert you in that effort. <br />The addressing, vacant commercial tenants, and owners referenced on this letter are <br />compiled from online resources, and may not be up to date.
