Ecology
Shorelands Division
Mail Stop PV-11
Olympia, WA 98504
RE: Revision 1 of SMA #4-92
Dear Ms. Trerice:
Paul A. Roberts
Director
The City of Everett has been requested by Chuck Ogden,
representative for Norton Industries, to revise the
shoreline permit. The applicant has requested that
condition N6 be deleted as a requirement under the shoreline
permit.
We have evaluated the revision per WAC - 173 - 14 - 064 and
have found it to be within the scope and intent of the
original permit. The requirement for automatic sprinklers
may not apply in this case and will be determined at time of
building permit submittal by the Building Department.
If you have any questions, please contact Gerry Ervine or
Steve Ingalsbe at 259-8731.
Sincerely,
4/h
GeyErvine, Senior Planner for
Paul A.
