These comments address huilding issues only. Additional revisions or additions <br />may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references <br />refcr to the 1J97 Unifortn Building code, as amended by the Statc of Washington and/or <br />the Washington State Energy Code, 2000 edition, unlcss noted otherwise. <br />This review docs not cover submitted mechanical, sprinkler, electrical or plumbing <br />documents — these pennits must be obtained separately and may require furthcr review <br />and submission of plans. <br />In order for the processing of your upplication to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building llivision with hvo complete new sets of drawings retlecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />Occupancy <br />,/ l) The plans must be wet-stamped by the �uchitect and engincer of record.
