One-hour construction has been addressed on the North and South eaves by modi(ied eave <br />construdion on sheet A5, revisions 1�, and eave ventilation has been added to the East and <br />West eaves with construction to follow detail 1 on sheet A6, revision 1z, to meet attic space <br />ventilation requirements. <br />4. The draftstop on sheet A6 has been modified with an access door plus keynote, revision 1 �. <br />5. The minimum whole house fan has been changed to 60 cfm in the construction note #6 on <br />sheet A2, revision 1+. <br />ACCESSIBLITY <br />1. An accessible route has been show on sheet Al, revision 1�. <br />2. The centrel bathroom in each unit on the first floor, sheet A2, has been designed to meet the <br />accessibility requirements. Extra dimensions have been added for clarity, revision 1� on <br />sheet A2. The interior elevations 1-4 on sheet A3 have been modified with !ceynotes to <br />require the cabinets under the sink to be easily removable and the countertop and sink to be <br />a wall mounted, revision 1 �. <br />3. Grab bar blocking is shown in the bathroom elevations 1,2, &4 on sheet A3. <br />Thank you for your review of our plans and pointing out the necessary information needed to show <br />compliance with all adopted codes.
