While we are awaiting any public response to <br /> this project we would wish to have the Building Department <br /> begin plans review so that we may begin construction at the <br /> earliest possible date. <br /> We realize that the building permit will not be issued until <br /> all adverse impacts as found by the planning department are <br /> ' mitigated and there could conceivably be unfavorable comment <br /> from the public which m;iy delay or cause revisions to this <br /> project .
